The Bedook Fork Photoelectric Sensor FG35-X 5mm DC4 Wire is a compact and efficient small through-beam photoelectric sensor. It has a fixed sensing distance of 5mm, enabling it to detect minimum opaque objects with dimensions of 0.8mm×1.2mm. The operating voltage ranges from 5V DC to 24V DC ±10% with a ripple P.P. <10%, and the current consumption is less than 15mA. It features two output functions: Light-on ON and Light-shade ON, providing flexibility for different application scenarios. The repeatability accuracy is <0.01mm, ensuring consistent and precise detection. The response time is quick, with light-on <20μs and light-shade <80μs, and a maximum frequency of 3000Hz. The ingress protection rating is IP40, and it can operate in an ambient temperature range of – 25℃ to + 55℃ (storage: – 30℃ to + 80℃) and an ambient humidity range of 5%RH to 85%RH (storage: 5%RH to 95%RH). It uses an infrared LED (peak wavelength: 940nm, non-modulated) as the light source, with a housing made of PC + PBT and a display mask of ABS.
